To be part of the LP you need to NOT vote in any 2018 primary election and then show up for your LP Precinct Convention. Location for all Dallas County precincts California Pizza Kitchen, 8411 Preston Road, Dallas, TX 75225. Time 7 PM. Bring your voter registration card.
